Who is Todd:
Todd Crosby first joined the UFCW in 1988 at a Thriftway in Vancouver, WA. After completing a bachelors degree in 1993, Todd became a boycott organizer with the United farm workers. In 1995 Todd was hired as an organizer at Local 1001. Over the last 30 years Todd has held nearly every position at the union including becoming local union president in 2015. In 2019, Todd became UFCW International Union organizing director. Todd’s primary focus from his first day as an organizer to today is organizing workers at their workplace to win collective bargaining rights for workers to achieve a better life.
Todd and his wife Tiffany are the proud parents of two adult children Alexa, 20, and Corey, 18.
Todd is supported by a diverse group of rank and file union activists, local leaders, and union staff because they, like Todd, believe in:
One Member One Vote
First Day Strike Pay
Coordinated National Bargaining
Rank-and-file bargaining teams
Investing in organizing
Standing up to greedy corporate monopolies
