Frontline UFCW members are supporting Todd Crosby to fill the vacant UFCW President position. Because he supports better contracts, building organizing power, and a member voice in our union

    Collective Power

Todd led the coalition against the Kroger-Albertsons merger and will hold greedy CEOs accountable.

  • Group of people gathered around a table in a meeting room, discussing and reviewing documents. One person is taking notes, while others listen and engage in conversation. Several laptops and coffee cups are on the table.

    Bargaining Power

Todd champions national bargaining to secure better wages, staffing, more hours, and strong safety standards for frontline workers.

    Member Power

Todd believes that frontline members should have a voice their union - in their Local, on bargaining teams, and a say in choosing their International President through One Member One Vote.

    Organizing Power

As International Organizing Director, Todd advocated for more investment in organizing. The UFCW must use its assets to grow the membership— not its stock portfolio.

“If appointed, I pledge to immediately call for an open process so the members get a say in who runs their International. Anyone seeking a top office in our union should pledge the same. How can we claim to represent members if we don’t trust them to decide?”
